Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add almond flour or crushed pork rinds and Parmesan (if using). Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips:

  • Make sure the cauliflower florets are small and similar in size for even cooking.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; crispiness comes from proper air circulation.
  • Swap seasonings to your taste – chili powder or smoked paprika adds a smoky kick.
  • For extra crunch, spray lightly with cooking oil halfway through cooking.
