Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
- 1 glass warm water (200 ml)
Method:
Mix and drink after fizzing stops.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (3 g)
- ½ glass grapefruit juice (100 ml)
- ½ glass water (100 ml)
Method:
Mix and drink.
