  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and lightly golden.
  3. Add cabbage and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly tender.

  5. Push cabbage to one side and crack eggs into the pan.
