- Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and lightly golden.
- Add cabbage and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Mix well.
- Push cabbage to one side and crack eggs into the pan.
- Scramble eggs gently, then mix with cabbage.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until eggs are fully done.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
