Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut them into squares or rectangles, depending on your preferred size.
Place a spoonful of the cooled filling in the center of each pastry piece. Fold the pastry over the filling to create triangles or rectangles, pressing the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
