Super tender beef in 5 minutes! The Chinese secret to tenderizing even the toughest meat.

Sauce Preparation:
In a separate bowl, combine the following ingredients:
1 large garlic clove or 2 small garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili sauce
Mix the ingredients well to create a delicious sauce. Cooking the Meat:
After marinating the meat for 15 minutes, rinse it well with water and pat it dry with paper towels.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Add the meat to the skillet and brown it for 2 minutes per side.
Add the Vegetables:
Add 1 chopped onion to the skillet and sauté over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Then add 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Toss everything together.

Return the browned meat to the pan with the vegetables.
Pour the prepared sauce over the meat and vegetables, making sure everything is well coated.
Toss everything together and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
