Super tender beef in 5 minutes! The Chinese secret to tenderizing even the toughest meat.

500g beef
, 1 teaspoon baking soda,
1 head of garlic
, 1 teaspoon butter
, 1/2 red bell pepper,
1/2 green bell pepper.
Sauce:

1 large or 2 small garlic cloves
, 1 teaspoon salt
, 1 teaspoon sugar
, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
, 1/4 teaspoon paprika powder,
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar,
2 teaspoons olive oil,
1 teaspoon chili sauce

Start with 500g beef.
Transfer the meat to a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Rub the baking soda all over the meat, making sure all sides are coated. Baking soda acts as a tenderizer by changing the physical composition of the meat’s fibers.
Marinate the meat for 15 minutes.
